Palate: Velvety with mild acid. Apricot, peach, and mineola. Finish: Medium bitterness, chocolate and generous astringency. Unfiltered & Dry. 0.1% residual sugar.
NOVEMBER NONSENSE 2022 | ABV: 8.7% | Fully Sparkling
Blend: Dabinett 37%, Tremlett’s Bitter, Northern Spy, Major, Golden Russet. Nose: Passion fruit, mango, sweet and sour candy, clove, cinnamon, hint of blueberries. Palate: Firm acid softened by creamy foam and yeast, next banana, lemon, and melon with clove, cinnamon, and bitterness, with hints of blueberry and confection. The acid reemerges on the finish accompanied by moderate astringency.
SPYCRAFT 2022 | ABV: 7.2% | Pet Nat
Blend: Northern Spy 100% Nose: Fresh apple with a subtle hint of vanilla. Palate: Crisp, dry, lots of apple, plenty of acid, light carbonation, mild astringency. A super refreshing, cleansing drink. Outstanding with ribs, brisket, or rich cheese.
